Seattle In-Person Success

Emerge’s core philosophy of 'Supervision, Structure, Support = Sustainability' guides our Seattle In-Person Success program. This hands-on approach allows us to connect with students frequently and intentionally, fostering lasting academic and personal growth. Led by Josie Bryan, Student Success Coach and Program Coordinator, the program maintains our commitment to crafting individually tailored plans that promote student independence and success, both in college and beyond. Andrew Bryan, educational consultant and founder, is actively engaged with the Seattle program, offering expertise and guidance, while Kylie Peters provides essential support to ensure seamless programming.

Our Seattle-based program not only emphasizes academic achievement but also focuses on mentorship in navigating the interpersonal challenges students encounter, such as building healthy peer relationships, boosting self-confidence, and discovering personal purpose.
